At GC Land Solutions we specialise in securing planning permission for landowners, resulting in an increased value of your land and also providing more housing across the country. Planning applications can be quite stressful and very costly, so it is extremely important to submit a comprehensive and well-presented application as failure to do so will likely result in rejection. That's why we will only present once we are satisfied that our proposal is the best it can be.

We will complete the entire planning application from start to finish and cover all the costs. If successful, we buy that part of land at a pre-agreed price.

Free Land Assessment - Preliminary checks are carried out in order to understand your land's planning potential. Not all land is the same, so some may have more options than others. Our due diligence will be tailored specifically for your site.

Feedback on viability - We will inform you of your land's potential for planning, and if you're happy to proceed, we will conduct a full assessment.

Consult on findings & options - Once we have completed your full assessment we will arrange a time to share our findings and discuss the available options. Once both parties agree on terms, our team will begin to work on the full application.

Prepare planning application - Our team will manage the planning process from start to finish, and a full detailed planning application will be produced. Planners, surveys, architects, application fees, any site specific expenses are all included. We cover all the costs and you don't pay a penny.

Submit planning - When the application is complete, we will review it one final time. Once fully satisfied, the application will be submitted.

Decision & Sale - While we wait for the Local Authority to review and approve our application, we will line up a buyer to complete the sale as soon as planning is granted. This ensures you get paid as soon as possible.
